What is your return policy?

Film and cameras: Due to the nature and sensitivity of film, all film and camera sales are final.

Soft goods: Shirts may be exchanged for a different size if they are unworn and unwashed. To do so please send me an email at info@psychblues.com within 15 days of delivery. A flat shipping charge of $5 for domestic exchanges and $15 for international exchanges will apply (I apologize in advance for this but I’m a very small business and don’t get the same shipping discounts as the big guys yet; thanks for understanding). For hygienic reasons, hats are final sale.

Are there any special processing instructions for labs?

No, all information needed to process is located on the roll. Psych Blues is a color negative film (c41), and any lab that processes film will have no problem developing it.


Do you ship worldwide?

Yes!

Can you tell me how how to make my own experimental film?

I fully support anyone experimenting with film, but I’ve worked too hard on these techniques to share the process.

What is the best way to be notified when a new batch of film is released?

For previously released items, you can go to the product page and sign up for a waitlist and you’ll be notified as soon as that specific product comes back in stock. You can also keep an eye on the Psychedelic Blues Instagram @psychedelic_blues_film. I’ll share an update there every time there’s a new batch of film, as well as when I make an entirely new product.
